DR GUBMAN IS A REALLY GOOD EYE DR. KNOWLEDGEABLE, KIND , INNOVATIVE

I’ve been with Gubman for over 10 years. The office staff and the doctor were extremely unprofessional during the last few visits. Gubman was not willing to answer my question by saying “You have to trust me on this. I would have to give you a whole course on optometry for you to understand” and his staff over charged me by $200 and confidently snapped with “do you want your contacts? “ until I challenged and then they realized a mistake was made. Not once was an apology offered. My children’s glasses were not properly fitted either. It makes me wonder how much I’ve been overcharged in the last 10 years and the competency of the doctor if he is offended by patient’s questions. Don’t repeat my mistake.

Terrible. Do not recommend. doctor was nice but front end bad.
