Dr. Francis has great bedside manner. Very patient in letting you ask questions. Seemed very knowledgeable and professional.

Dr Francis recently helped my mom navigate through a difficult diagnosis. Though it wasn't what we were hoping for, Dr Francis had been open and honest about what he suspected, so that when the actual diagnosis came, we were much more prepared for it. I sincerely appreciate his honesty and transparency... and his bedside manner was the best we've experienced.
