My husband went to Dr.Dugan to get 1one tooth pulled and a half tooth.We paid $1.37700 dollars for this.My husband received 1 IV bag of antibiotics which I understand and he needed.We paid $175.00 for each gas anesthesia 15 mins each.My husband was done within a half hour and when he came out he was just normal as can be.I feel we were talking advantage of.I don't understand why he didn't pull another tooth on the bottom while he was there.just get it all done and over with.We won't be going back to Dr.Dugan.I called and ask a few questions and more less got blown off when I questioned anesthesia. For what he did it could have been done with novacaine.The cost to do this was way to much.I don't like being taken advantage of.

My father found a growth in his mouth and ignored it. We got him to go in and see Dr. Dugan for another issue that happened. While in his office Dr. Dugan noticed the growth and expressed concern. My father was being very stubborn and Dr. Dugan wore him down and convinced him it was best to have it biopsied. The biopsy came back with cancer, and with the early detection Dr. Dugan saved his life.

One of the worst experiences we have ever had with a dentist office. The staff was rude, unwilling to answer important insurance questions, cooperative, and even the dentist himself was arrogant, when asked to adhere to Hippa regulations concerning patient privacy.

I was completely horrified and shocked to discover that this dentist charges nearly DOUBLE the rate of others for his services. A simple, straightforward wisdom tooth extraction with no complications on a healthy young female cost nearly $3000!!!!!!! For all of about 20 min of the doc's time! I'd have been a lot better off going to get my teeth out in Mexico. He sure has lots of photos of pretty quarter horses on his walls, though, so at least I know my money's being used for the worthy cause of supporting disadvantaged rodeo ponies.

Getting the back and forth routine for paperwork. I had my jaw fractured (broken!) By a dentist that referred me to Dugan and now after owing 6,000.00 they refuse to go forward and give me treatment. So I have wires in my gums due to the broken jaw. All I have been asking for is my paperwork and they keep promising a call and never get anything from them. Give me my paperwork and I'll stop leaving bad reviews . it shouldn't take 2 months and stop promising a phone call.

Dr. Danny Dugan is the best!! I had dental implants and he is the best there is. He is as honest as they come!
