I hardly review a product or service but had to make sure I get this out so others don't make the same mistake--Do Not go see Dr. Rao for the following reasons: 1) Poorly staffed...assistant gets appointments wrong and not kind, courteous. I don't fault her though...I fault the doctor's lack of training her properly. 2) Doctor is arrogant, pretentious, feels like he has you figured out in 5 minutes. Has no personal connection with patients--he looked at computer screen the whole time and made little eye contact. 3) does not listen to patient..felt compelled to air his superiority before really engaging in the patient. 4) Office is poor--has unhung picture frames all over floor and walls are paper thin. Easy for folks next door to listen to everything being said. He is by far the worst doctor in any profession I have ever met. Do not be impressed with his website or what his brand of psychology is. You are better off seeing anyone but Dr. Rao.
