Rude! I went to him with all my records from my previous doctor, and he treated me as if I was a drug addict.

Not a good doctor. Makes comments about your weight, such as "Looks like you gained a few pounds. We better watch that, wouldn't want you to get too fat now." I am not even close to being past a healthy weight. Just not how you talk to a patient.
He also talked a lot about how I wouldn't be able to do or handle certain things because he has another patient that was similar in her illness and she couldn't handle certain things. I am not the same as any of his other patients. The reason I am seeing professionals for my mental illness is so that I can do everything I need to do or desire to do in life without my disorder stopping me. Being honest and telling a patient something will be more difficult or require more work is fine, but don't don't tell a patient they aren't capable of doing something because of their disorder.

Maybe he is the psychiatrist for you, in that case please feel free to use him. For me, he is the worst psychiatrist I have ever used. I was not impressed.

Dr. Dillion is not there to be your friend,he is your doctor. He is my daughter's psychiatrist and a very good one.He has helped her when no one else could. He will not sugar coat, or pat you on the back, if you don't like the truth he is not the doctor to see. I like him, and will not trade him for another.

Dr. Dillon is very professional, but not lacking in a sense of humor or empathy. He knows what he is doing and is willing to listen and work as a team with his client. I highly recommend him! The first appointment with him is, I am told, tough on most new clients (he comes off as harsh and very, very formal), but after that he is totally relate-able, caring, genuine, and easy to sit and talk with.
