I would not recommend this provider to anyone seeking a medical professional who will provide timely or considerate treatment. In my experiences with Dr. Kortikere she has been dismissive of my medical concerns and only interested in pushing prescription medications. She refuses to see any sick patients in her office, even with a negative COVID test, and went as far as yelling at me on the phone, in front of my child and husband, because I called the Diagnostic Clinic of Longview's office manager to report that she was two hours late to our Telehealth appointment. If you're looking for a medical professional, this certainly isn't the doctor for you.

Dr kortikere is the best family physician I have ever seen.
she was kind and seemed caring. she is very knowledgeable and has great bed side manners.
she patiently answered all my questions and I felt like I was in good hands with her.
I have seen many doctors in the past since I have traveled a lot and I felt Dr Kortikere is above all the ones I've seen in many ways. she is genuine and I would highly recommend.

Mad me feel like I was crazy. Did not take time to figure out what was wrong. Totally dismissed me pain. Took another doctor to let me know that the pain I had was side effects from the medicine Dr. Kortikere put me on three weeks ago.

Dr. Kortikere, s a AWESOME doctor, very good bedside manners. Her nurses and herself made me feel very comfortable and took there time talking with me, was not in a hurry to see other patients, she wanted to make sure all questions and concerns were addressed

Dr. Kortikere, who is now at the Diagnostic Clinic in Longview, Tx, was helpful at first but seemed put off when I saw a specialist concerning a health matter. At the end of the visit, she suggested that I use the specialist, instead of her, to fill prescriptions unrelated to my reason for seeing them. I told her I didn't want to see a specialist for every prescription and would rather use her, my general practitioner. She even refused a request by Walgreen's to refill a medication, which was used their auto-refill service, that she prescribed in the first place. I would not recommend her because, in my opinion, she seems petty and unprofessional.
