Finding a new dentist can feel like a challenge yet Dr Spong was punctual professional and knowledgable. Thankful to have found a wonderful dentist!

Punctual, professional. Always on time, always get you in, get you out. I don't like going to Dr's because I hate waiting. Not here.

Dr. Spong is similar to a used car salesman! He tried to raise his price after we agreed on a fixed price; he sent me to a dentist for several root canals, some of which were not necessary; he broke one of my good molars; he injured my jaw above one of my upper molars and I still have pain; He submitted a claim to the insurance company for work performed and was paid by the insurance company, but he never performed the procedures. I took him to mediation and won. I reported him to the NC State Board of Dental Examiners, but they refused to uphold their own conduct of ethics. I could go on and on.
