We had Dr. Allyne as our ER doctor at Bon Secour Community Hospital in Port Jervis, NY. To put it as nicely as possible, he was not very nice at all. He has a very harsh bedside manner, gets aggravated by questions, gets upset if you question his judgment at all, talks down to women and when I did question his diagnosis and asked him to explain how a contusion injury to my husbands ribs a week ago could be causing a fever, vomiting and abdominal pain a week later, he says nothing is wrong and he injured the cartilage of his ribs. He sent us home and my husband was still so sick he was almost passing out. I had to pull over so he could throw up on the side of the road on the way home from the ER. I called to let them know he was throwing up on the way home and the Dr. then said to come back so he could reevaluate him, like I asked him to in the beginning. I think we will be going to a different hospital. Beware!!! This guy is rude and could care less.
