Made an initial appt and waited 2 months for it. Left work 4 hours early to make it to the appointment on time--it was only after I arrived there, and could not find the check-in for Dr. Sawatari that I called them and realized that they had given me the incorrect address. I pleaded with them to wait 10-15 minutes for me to get to the correct place, after all this was their fault and not mine. But my appointment was the last one and I guess they were not willing to wait. So they wasted my time, money, and made me miss work for no reason. No one tried to make things right, staff girl did not seem very apologetic and tried to turn it around on me as if this was somehow my fault.... all around very bad and unpleasant experience, and for this reason, I do not care if he is skilled or not, I will not be making another appointment with him.

just had all my wisdom teeth extracted with him...and I must say, I have not felt an ounce of pain. Mind you, I have been placing ice packs, eating smooth foods, and did as I was instructed. He made me feel really comfortable prior to surgery, because I am terrified of any dental work. So glad I chose him to perform my surgery.

I traveled 9.5 hours to have this doctor operate on me. He is awesome! Staff is great too. I came to him after three failed surgeries and local doctors and oral surgeons said they could no longer help me. Thank you Dr. Sawatari. Your compassion and knowledge with my situation surpassed anything could imagine.

I wanted to go with the most experienced and well recommended to minimize the risks. I would highly recommend Dr.Sawatari for all kind of Oral surgeries and any other facial deformities. he was amazing surgeon and the staff are fantastic. I am really happy with the results.
