My appointment with "Dr." Cecil was the most humiliating, waste of time I have ever experienced. She didn't even introduce herself at first. I thought I was walking back with a nurse. She didn't listen to anything I said and just kept interrupting to try to promote her own class that she teaches, which I'm appalled that she is even qualified to do so. She then said that we were running out of time, and normally she is "doing her paperwork and almost home by now." What kind of psychologist hands you a depression/anxiety assessment while basically telling you to get out of her office? I'm surprised that she has this position...but then again, it's Tricare..
