Dr. Andary is a pain specialist, and an amazing one at that. There are no words that describe the amount of trust I have in Michael Andary. He truly is so knowledgeable and intelligent that I am at awe. He changed my life; I am not sure where I would be today if I would not have been referred to him.

Dr. Andary is not only a leader in his field, he is a team player. He worked with all my doctors to discover the best treatment for me- just me; not a blanket treatment. On more than one occasion he meet in a conference room with all of my doctors, physical therapist, and a representative from my insurance company. Although, they may not have always agreed 100 percent, he listened and helped look at the pros and cons of the different treatment.

He is honest- at times it may seem brutally so, but it is always in the patient's best interest. I prefer this approach. His mind moves so quickly, which I like. He knows I can keep up and does not "talk down" to me. He and I have worked long enough together that we can joke and throw out so sarcasm. To the new patient his "bedside" manner may seem abrupt and a bit rushed. Given time, a patient relizes that his mind moves so quickly concerning the case in front of him only, he processes at hyper speed. If need be, just say Dr. Andary- slow down. He will not take offense. If you are in pain and want a doctor that will find you the additional medical support you need, you can do no better.
