My poor rating is based on this dr's attitude and overall personality. Not friendly, not welcoming, and I didn't like how he handled my infant. I don't think I ever saw him crack a smile. Not the kind of doctor I want to build a relationship with for my child's medical needs.

Extremely condescending. Good with kids but not towards parents for both annual and sick appointments. Switched to another doctor who has much much better bedside manners and knowledge.
