The perfect combination of brilliance, humility, and charisma. He smiles constantly, which makes our whole family love to see him. He respects our beliefs and doesn't argue them. He is able to speak in the simplest terms without the need to impress you with his vocabulary. For those of us that are also medical professionals, he is on point when you have questions or would like to discuss options. I just don't know how this guy is as good as he is. He makes you confident in him right away and wants to listen and give feedback to everything you offer. He speaks to our children as if they were family. On a scale of 0-100, he'd be a solid 99.
