As the caregiver and voice for my husband MR.Cooper would hardly make eyecontact with myself when I spoke to him,that is if he decided to acknowlage my presents. He refered my husband to a hospital out of town for treatment. But when he became too ill to make the trip I went through HELL trying to get MR. Cooper to do anything. My husbands last words @ Cooper were "guess now that I'm dying he wants nothing to do with me." Who knows Cooper may be smart but has no heart.
