wait time was less than 5 min. preformed endoscopy. makes you feel at ease, was about as
pleasant as a dr. visit could be. had follow up 09/16/14 . drove 150 miles to see him and it was
well worth the drive.

Dr. Lombardo was awesome...he made my daughter feel at ease with her surgery. He was very patient and explained things so you can understand them. My daughters surgery was a complete success!!!He was very professional and I would recommend him highly to friends and family.

I went to him for loss of taste mostly sweets.. He ordered MRI .and acted very interested on helping.. But after the MRI showed nothing .. He acted like I was wasting his time .. Will not go back.

I went to this ent desperate for help with my inner ear. I had been having issues for almost a year. After being called in an hr and a half past my appt. time, I waited in the exam room another 45 minutes. When he finally came in I tried to explain everything that was happening, he acted like he could care less. He looked in my ear and said I had fluid because of a ear infection. I agreed that may be the case but, to please order or perform some other tests because of all the problems i'd been experiencing. He says "I know what I'm doing". Well 6 months later after the pain and tinnitus got so unbearable, I saw another ent. After ordering the additional tests I practically begged Dr. Lombardo to do, they found a tumor and I was diagnosed with Meniere's disease. In my opinoin Dr. Lombardo should make some effort to listen to his patients. Mistakes like this can cost someone their life. The staff at Dr. Lombardo's office were great people, too bad the Dr. was a waste
