I have struggled with some depression off and on for several years and seen several therapists as a result. This was the first positive therapy experience I had, and I actually felt like it changed my life and even saved my marriage. People need to find a good "match" in order for therapy to be effective, and I felt that Dr. Weaver really worked to listen and understand every thing I had been through. She has good clinical knowledge and experience, she is very compassionate and empathetic. I found myself feeling comfortable on the first visit and it was easy for me to trust and open up (which has not always been the case with other psychologists). I appreciate everything she has done for me.
