Dr. Kaufmann is a very bright, young doctor who graduated from and is affiliated with Brown University. Dr. Kaufmann is a great listener and has excellent ideas to help sort out troubling issues. He always asks how the medication is working for me and has taken the time over the years to tweak it when necessary. I recommend him highly. P.S. I didn't know how to answer the question about his staff--he doesn't have one--but he is very good about answering calls (not during appointments, of course) or calling back promptly, so I guess he is his own good staff.:-)
