The staff is so rude and so inefficient that it's difficult to deal with them. Additionally, they messed up an appointment time which I had to then pay for. Dr. D. is great, but at the same time, is overbooked, it seems, and therefore doesn't seem to review the medical record - I've had to remind him constantly about my own care. Wait times? Unacceptably long - up to an hour this past visit. Though I like him, and want to continue to see him, I may not be able to afford to if his staff continues to mis-code billing. Also, I am afraid that I'm not getting the best care with his lack of attention to detail.

I like Dr. D. but I agree with the others, his stuff is very rude and not friendly. He needs to upgrade his staff!!!

He is my primary care doctor. Very laid back, relaxing and easy to talk to and ask questions. When it comes to issues, while he doesn't always offer a specific opinion, he is not afraid to refer me to a specialist.

Dr. dilernio, is a fair physician/ he should take more time with a pt. /it should not matter whether they are on Medicare/Mass.Health or not/ due to circumstanses beyond our control, WE DONT WANT TO BE /MASS.HEALTH, Medicare/ pt,s we know if we had Blue Cross /Blue Shield Gold/ we would get the best care/ unfoutneately many of us haD NO IDEA THIS WOULD OCCUR IN LATER LIFE.They all, have to make time for we seniors, as a whole, knowing how the health care system is now, it is a hard choice for them, to spend any time with us.
