Dr. Diana Andrews is the most senior pediatrician and most likely one of the practice managers or owners of Eastside Pediatric. They've had several younger, more ambitious doctors over the years, and none of the good ones stay very long, so you often get stuck with Andrews. She makes no effort to make children more comfortable in tense situtations like vaccinations or throat swabs, and can actually be quite rude to parents if the kids get too emotional. In our experience, she usually gets the dosage for anti-biotics wrong and we end up going back for another wasted appointment or to Urgent Care. The only plus is the locations. Eastside gets recommendations from the staff that does the birthing and parenting classes at Crouse Hospital, but I don't understand why. Most of the other parents I know who bring their kids there have also said this practice has taken a steep nose dive in the past 5 or 6 years. They also charge more than their competitiors. I advise to go elsewhere.
