Dr.Cardella and his staff are amongst the best I've seen. I've been his patient for 6 years. He is caring, compassionate and understanding. Willing to take the time to explain everything to his patients making us feel comfortable. I would not change him for anyother GYN.

Dr.cardella is an amazing doctor but his staff is beyond rude. i thought maybe speaking to his manager would solve my problem with my medication not being called in but she was the worse. from the girl at the window down to the manager definatley the worst staff i have ever had to deal with. it truley is a shame becuase he is an angel. those girls only make him look bad.

This office is always busy, super hard to get an appointment. Cardella is good but very busy, he doesnt really personalize the time you have with him. Its more like an in and out type of doctor.

dr.cardella staff is the worst i've ever delt with, to get information or communicate with other staff members is impossible. I had to be calling every day in order to get a specific document filled out. Very frustating. The doctor is excellent, it's a shame that his staff members aren't the same.

Sometimes we forget that doctors are human been and often not to say never we put ourselves in their place. Dr Cardella has something that not many doctors have: he is kind and he cares. I have had two of my daughters delivered by him and I would not have it any other way, I would not change him for anything in the world. I have been his patient for 10 years and do not plan on changing that.

He is an OB/GYN. He performed surgery on me and it went without a glitch. My experience has been that he is very nice and considerate and knows his stuff but doesn't have enough time and his staff seems to be too busy or distracted. Its necessary to call several times to get their response on any matter other than making an appointment and the wait is always quite long before you go in and after you are in examining room. If it were not for the convenience for of the location of their office, I would switch.

Cardella did major surgery and then disappeared without writing a script for pain medication. Patient was in excruciating pain for over twelve hours until another doctor stepped up to the plate and wrote her a pain script. After discharge it took two days to get a script to CVS pharmacy for pain medication and when it came time to refill that script Cardella's office couldn't be bothered to call it in to the pharmacy. Apparently this doctor is a superb technician, but he should be banned from practicing medicine withou someone to take care of the poor patient.
