The Doctors...EXCELLENT!! I have been seeing Dr. Fonger for probably 30 years. My teenagers see Dr. Coon (who I've also have seen in emergencies) and I can't say enough about how great they are. But the reason Im writing is the staff. I have had so many problems the last couple years with them. I wont name names, but she has been there the longest and is the first one you see when entering. She has always been cold with my family, but now it's down to just plain rude. I just read she's working towards a degree to be a certified optician. I hope she achieves her goal and moves on. But I know that wont happen. Also, as with another comment, I never get calls to tell me when something is in. I end up calling them and the answer is always, "Oh yes, they came in last week!". I am only writing this in hopes that they will see this and remedy that situation.

I've seen Dr. Coon a few times and she is super nice & thorough. Happy to answer any questions. No problem with her at all. My insurance pays a set amount each year and staff was GREAT about billing some of it in Dec and some in Jan. There was a delay in my glasses being delivered. I had to contact the office, where I feel they should have contacted me, but that was just a minor negative.

The doctor was polite and friendly, but the staff was awful! It took much longer than usual to get my contacts in, and then when they called to let me know they were in, i go to pick them up and they can only find one of my lenses? so i have to wait another 3 days for them to find the other one. Also they didn't adjust my glass to my face so wearing them the way i received them gave me headaches and i had to go back to get them adjusted..which they should have done when i picked them up! very stressful experience!
