Drs Werner and Francis have been excellent in the treatment of my husband. I would highly recommend them. Out of all the doctors my husband has had to see they were the most knowledgeable, and capable ones. he worked with!

Went for vasectomy consult. There was no price on website and none given prior. I was made to watch 15 min VHS. Dr. Werner then said he didn't want to perform the operation because my I don't have children. He told me to bring my wife for another consult before scheduling the vasectomy. When I left, the receptionist told me there was no charge. My wife and I decided to wait on the operation and did't return. This was Nov 08. In Mar 09 I got a bill in the mail for $225 for my consult. I called/spoke to an older receptionist. I said that the November receptionist said there was no charge. She said there was no charge "at that time." I said that I only saw the doctor for 5 min and the service I requested was not even considered. She said even 5 min costs $225, the payment is still due, and "someone" will call to "explain" it all to me. I feel like I went car shopping, the dealer didn't want to sell me what I want, then tried to charge me for his time and for looking at the tire.
