He is so patient to explain exactly what happened to my ears and what’s caused the problem

Dr. Yeh is one of the best doctors that I have been to. When I first made an appointment with Dr, Yeh I explained to him my situation with my tonsils and he was able to diagnose what I should do before even taking a look at them. Throughout the surgery and procedures he was very descriptive when giving directions and was helpful in answering my questions. A week after my surgery however, I did experience some bloodclot on one side of my throat while developing a bubble of blood. I contacted Dr. Yeh on a Sunday evening around 9pm and he was even willing to meet me at the medical office to take a look at it. After Dr. Yeh looked at the clot he suggested for me to admit into the hospital so he can take care of it first thing in the morning @ 6am. I was very surprised that any Dr. is willing to take the time on a weekend to help out his patients, as well as setting his priorities and waking up early to take care of me before he views his other patients through out the day. Very thankful.

Dr. Yeh is one of the best doctors I've been to regardless of specialty. He takes the time to listen before jumping to conclusions. After taking the time to listen to what I had to say, he gave a very thorough explanation of his diagnosis, and what may be causing my problems. As a patient, I like to know the cause of problems and how to avoid recurrences in the future, not just have the doctor say "take this twice a day and if doesn't work come back to me in a month". Instead of pushing more services and procedures, he looks for ways to treat my problem with more cost-effective "at home" solutions first.
