Once they get your money...Good luck to you! He was an out of network provider and would absolutely not help me 1 single bit with getting money back from the insurance company! I payed up front out of pocket and the staff for over a year kept telling me they were contacting my insurance company! However the insurance company digitally stamps ever single call that comes through! They did not call 1 single time and gave me zero help! All about the $$$

Unfortunately the poor comments left by other patients is true. He ought to have the better business bureau come in to check him out. His ‘personalized’ care plans are exactly the same for everyone and he takes about 3 minutes per patient. Does not care to listen to their issues, but is concerned only with quantity of patients in the door. He is Mentally manipulative and tells everyone the same script. He is not the only chiro who does this as there is a business plan just as this for I believe it is all graduates of Life University.... it is unfair to well meaning patients who come seeking care. Please find someone else who will spend time with you and listen to your issues. I’m sorry to post this, but I’ve been fooled into giving my money to this man, and only now wish I hadn’t- as nothing got fixed, I went to him for 3 years (!!) and a second opinion determined that my actual problem wasn’t my back- and a small operation has fixed my cause of extreme pain when all his chiropractic adjustments literally did was leave me unable to move for days after.

I know people worry when a Dr. Is as competant in business as he is in the practice of medicine. But to assist people, they MUST keep the doors open! Regular care is essential as we age, and you have to do what is within your personal limits. My Ins .co just raised the deductibles to more than double....THOSE are the folks I have a problem with!!!

I see some folks are shocked that there is a sales pitch, but I expected a sales pitch. It seemed to me a smart business plan. I was in a lot of pain and felt a lot better after 2 visits. The staff is friendly and Dr Asburn has been candid and upfront. I will eventually vist another chiropractor to check up on what I was told (always a good idea). So far, I stopped drinking wine and taking ibuprofin to cut the pain. Today was my 4th vist....I will keep you posted.

This doctor prays on people for quick cash. Everything is scripted and sales from the moment you walk in the door. Met him at a church seminar so i thought he would be honest. After comming to his office i realized i was scammed. In summary, my xrays of my spine showed disease and urgency to fix it. At least thats what he told me and everyone else who attended his so called dr report. Next thing you know, they try to sign everyone up on $2,000 plans. I went to another chiropractor who told me there was nothing seriously wrong with my spine and i required adjustments every so often. Very money hungry chiropractor

Very knowledgeable. Treats root cause rather than just symptom's.

Excellent chiropractor. I was suffering from a lot of back pain and leg pain. I still have some pain, but not nearly as bad as it was.

Like the other reviewer I was also given the hard sell and was not really told about my issues during his "evaluation." I was told I needed to return with my spouse as my condition was so concerning that he didn't want to discuss it with me without my spouse there. I am a well educated person and told him I did not want to have my spouse with me and walked out the door. I have run several half marathons since then and I am in good health, so I guess my condition wasn't as grave as he attempted to suggest. Beware!

I saw Dr. Ashburn a few years back was told by them that I needed to set up a long term treatment in order to get well and basically told me that he could not see me for an adjustment here and there. I decided that the adjustments weren't making much of a difference and I was on a very limited budget which Dr. Ashburn didn't care much for, so I decided to see another chiropractic office but this office required me to show them x-rays so I went back Dr. Ashburn's office to collect x-rays and he refused to give them to me. People need to be aware of the expression wolves dressed in sheep's clothing
