I've been seeing Virginia for almost two years. It was my first time receiving counseling or therapy and she has made it an environment where I feel safe and free to express how I am feeling about the areas I struggle with. She has helped me see beneath the surface of my issues and I have been improving. I feel much better after our sessions and look forward to our time because it allows me to continue my improvements and see the accomplishments I've made thus far. I've recommended her to friends of mine who have been looking for assistance. I had a hard time finding a Christian therapist, which I felt was important in my recovery, since my faith is a strong center of my life and who I am. She is Christian and we are able to incorporate that into my sessions which I greatly appreciate.
