The doctor was fine, but his billing is garbage. We never received a bill and were sent straight to collections. We paid the hospital visit, not knowing there was another bill which was either lost in the mail or never sent. No call, no 2nd attempt, just a ding on our credit. EPMG of Illinois should be ashamed to treat patients thia way.
