While under the care of Dr. Collins, I came out of anesthesia with a very severe injury. When I contacted her she was sorry it had happened and promised to call to follow up with me after I had to seek outside medical attention. I never heard back from her personally again, and I now have a very serious condition that may require a surgical procedure. The outcome of my health is still unknown, a year-and-a-half later.
