I had an appointment for 7:30am and after receiving an email and phone reminder, made certain I was on time for my eye examination. I provided my insurance card and the paperwork I had completed beforehand and was ready at 7:29 in the waiting room. By 7:50am I was beginning to wonder if I’d been forgotten but the receptionist assured me it would be just a few more minutes. By 8:15am I’d had enough. Having driven a half hour from Smyrna and another half hour back along with the 45 minutes of wasted waiting, you can surely understand my frustration. I’ve little enough time to waste but the feeling I left with was one of my time being much less important than anyone at Coley and Coley.
