I think she is competent and up-to-date for my issues but she has a habit of giggling (nervous?) and I find both she and her nurse would talk down to me. I had to ask questions a few times to get the answers at the level I was looking for. Eventually she did but it seemed awkward to me. I don't usually have this issue with other doctors.

Dr. Blattner delivered both of my sons and I was extremely pleased with her compassion and care. She followed up with a call to my home after we came home from delivery. I would not hesitate to recommend her to my family and friends.

Very uncompassionate and revenue driven. Focuses on selecting patients who have higher paying insurance companies. She looks at obgyn as a business to make money off of her patients rather than treating partients like human beings. Always ends up having a new nurse in training.

She is extremely judgemental and condescending. I second the comment about how she does not listen to her patients, even when those patients happen to be medical students. I look for intelligence and compassion in physicians and she has neither of those qualities.

I had a very bad experience with Dr. Blattner. She does not listen to patients, she developed a firm (and incorrect) opinion on a health topic that was new to her that caused me many extra months, dollars, and tears in my pursuit parenthood. She recommended tests that my new OBGYN found to be unnecessary. Long after having my records moved to a new doctor her office sent me multiple certified mail requests to schedule those unnecessary tests. Unless you like unpleasant, inattentive, and uninformed, I'd choose someone else.

Dr. Blattner was very pleasant & thorough in her exam. She suggested follow-up with another physician to assure her observation was correct which I am so glad to have since it was necessary & prevented advanced stage of illness developing.

I've been a patient of Dr. Jennifer Blattner's for several years. She is so compassionate, so very helpful and is truly interested in my well-being. She always has a smile on her face and I love her sense of humor. She makes me feel at ease in the most embarrassing moments during the exams. I would highly recommend her as your gynecologist; you will be very happy that you found an amazing doctor and a friend.

I find Dr Blattner to be energetic and enthusiastic. I appreciated how accommodating she was and accepting of questions and concerns regarding appropriate courses of treatment.

While very polite this physician clearly doesnt have the time to develop appropriate rapport which is crucial to her expertise. She seemed like she was just going through the motions and didnt want to be bothered with questions or concerns. She may be a great obgyn with some patients but must make a concentrated effort to develop her bedside manner and ability to demonstrate empathy and take a little more time with patients and not minimize their concerns by taking the time to listen.

Completely unconcerned about previous late term miscarriage and extremely heavy bleeding during current pregnancy. Ordered unnecessary tests without my knowledge and refused to call back/discuss. Needless to say I immedi found another more empathetic/knowledgeable doctor.
