Dr. Rick really knows his stuff and his staff are wonderful!

While the front desk staff are polite and friendly, Dr. Storer displays a poor bedside manner. While asking clarification questions about my diagnosis, he became agitated and scolded me for not letting him finish laying out my options. I thought we were having a conversation, but his style is more of a monologue style where he is to speak first while you listen, and then you speak while he gets agitated and then reminds you again that you must wait for him to finish speaking. When I asked a follow-up question about the physical therapy option of rehab that he recommended, he responded by telling me that he does not work in that dept, he works in the chiropractic dept, and that I'd need to speak with someone in physical therapy. The way he spoke felt demeaning, even if he said it without that intent. The words enough are unacceptable for a medical provider, but his tone made it worse. I will not be returning.
