Like other have said, beware. Like my experience, Dr. Milli has done procedures and charged outrageously for them. I had to call my insurance company who explained the procedure to me, and what I was being charged for in detail. All Dr. Milli's staff wanted is for me to sign on the dotted line and to pay in full before the procedure. $$$$

I have had several teeth removed by Dr Gary in this practice with no problems. Dr Milli suggested that I have my 18 remaining teeth extracted - I am 82 years old, the teeth will last longer than I will.

Please think twice, do not use this so called dentist. had dental exam and cleaning. insurance covers two cleaning, two fluoride, one exam no co-pay or charge per year, this was first visit. Had X-rays, insurance allows co-pay of $0-75.00 after exam, by patel, she indicated I needed upwards of $8000 + in removal of crowns she suspected were leaking and complete deep cleaning. Had just been to Dentist overseas and no unusual problems were detected. No cavities were discovered by the Xray. Had been to this dentist while working and she would charge the full payment of services and then file a claim to insurance. when she was paid she would refund the patient responsible portion of the billing. My cash payment was $85.00 and to this day, almost two months later, there has been no claim filed with the insurance company. This woman is all about money and, while her staff is courteous, she does not have your best interest in mind. Turns out she had codes in her file of cleaning and exam, used a code for full mouth debridement to justify her $ 85.00 charge. This procedure was not done... Sounds sincere and smiles but in reality she is sticking it to you... Proceed at your own risk!!!!!

I loved Dr.Mili and all of her staff!!!!! She is so warm and gentle and spent a lot of time talking with me. She is knowledgeable and understands that I am on a fixed income and thus her staff always works around these obstacles. I have had several crowns now done by her and they are the best that I have had yet!!!! I thank the staff and Dr.Mili for alleviating my fears and anxiety of going to the dentist.

I had several years of neglect, Dr. Patel outlined a grand scheme of restoration at a cost of $14,000. Unable to identify a composite filling as such, recommended a root-canal treatment for a crowned tooth which was not infected. Thus I lost all confidence in Dr. Patel's knowledge and judgement.

She recommended a revision of my root canal. She found a pocket and never cleaned it out. I ended up the next week on a cruise with terrible pain. I ended up seeing a specialist. I also ended up overpaying when it came to my children's services. My husband tried to take care of it, but to no avail ended up not getting a refund.

Mili Patel, should not be practicing. She has messed up my teeth and mouth. All she wanted was the monies. I had a bridge made by her. It did not come close to fitting at all. In fact I got a terrible headache later that evening. A different Dentist why several days later. All Patel wanted to do was put the bridge in permanently, she really pushed and pushed and never came close to my concerns. She is a JOKE and dangerous.

Immature and unprofessional attitude/personality. I have been over four times and each time she keeps me waiting even for a 7:30am appt. One time I overpaid and the office said it would take a couple of weeks to mail me a check. I ended up calling again about four weeks later inquiring about the refund. They ended up needing to get permission from Dr. Patel to issue the refund, ummm...I was overcharged, the money was mine! I finally did end up getting the refund after a long time. As for professional expertise, lacking. She told me after a filling that her "gut" feeling was that I would be fine, but if I had sensitivity that I would need a root canal. Her fancy office is very nice and comfortable, but not worth YOUR time!
