My first rip replacement went so well with Dr Springer that I insisted that my second hip replacement be done by him. I've not regretted it. Everything is going great and whenever I need something Eve, his Physician's Assistant, will make sure it is provided. I feel blessed to have a dedicated team who is very willing to help me. I am certainly blessed that everything has turned out well. Imagine! Walking without pain! It's wonderful.

fell & broke hip.....admitted to hospital Saturday afternoon....the day before "Mother's Day".....Dr. Springer came in about 4:00 and asked me if I had any "plans" for Saturday nite? He performed some major surgery at 7:00.....now WHAT doctor takes that kind of time out to "fix" you on a weekend?? IMPRESSION #1.......yes, he is very business, no nonsense-like.....but he explained everything to me & family members and left nothing out - IMPRESSION #2......and then there is his assistant, Eve......truely, an angel walking on earth!! From the moment you meet her, you warm up to her because she truely makes you feel like she CARES and that she will be there for you any time for any reason - no matter how small the concern you may have!! I actually looked forward to my follow-ups & rehab checks with her because she always made me laugh, was SO easy to talk to and work with, and just made everything more "personal" and not so "scary". I had to get a titanium rod down my leg, so it took awhile to get back to normal - not quite dancing yet - but it won't be long now! I have had some "horrible" medical experiences in my 65 years, and Dr Springer and Eve totally took some of my "doctor fears" away.......I CAN'T thank them enough for what they did for me......this could have been disastrous!! I was SO lucky to have them on MY side...........@Iknowyou'lldance....again!!

Dr Springer replaced both my knees in the same surgery. Most of the time I don't even realize they are not my real ones. Dr Springer and his staff are not only highly professional, but most personable as well. I am so grateful I he did my surgery. If I had 2 more knees that needed replacement, I would only go to Dr Springer to have it done.

I was pleased with my surgery and the care Dr. Springer provided. I would recommend Dr. Springer to anyone interested in doing total knee replacement. Bedside needs improvement but what Dr.'s don't?

Dr. Springer was ok in the beginning but aftercare was NOT caring. I did everything what I was to do and ended up with a Bakers cyst that needs to be excised. Eve, the Nurse Practionioner stated to me "There is nothing more we can do, you can see another doctor" Bedside manner is not up to expectations and the med tech Chris has mood swings. Never would I go to this place again. Oh my surgery was delayed 2.5 hours because he ran behind do to a carpal tunnel surgery. I had to wait to have my total knee replacement. Now I have to go to another doctor to have my knee fixed do to nerve damage and numbness. the cyst can be broke but the rest has to have surgery again. Never did I think I would be treated this way and go through this. I am so disappointed in Dr. Springer and especially Eve for telling me I could see another doctor. I was pushed aside.

This orthopedic surgeon was very cold and business like. He seemed very detailed with the shoulder surgery. But was rude afterward when telling us "they jumped through enough hoops" for us. We had asked if the surgery could be moved up because of the pain involved with working on an assembly line with a torn rotator cuff that was getting worse daily. They did not care at all and were very rude to us. He does not do his followup appt but pushes it off on a nurse practitioner so he can stuff as many surgeries in a day. He does not care about the patients AT ALL---very poor bedside manner with a huge chip on his shoulder. He called jumping it jumping through a hoop because we asked if there were any sooner openings! He was disgusting.
