She was never on time, average waiting times were hour, not minutes. Many times she overcharged for my co-pay and tried to double charge my ins. company.

As a new patient, did not expect a 5 hour wait. Had conversaton w/other patients; they laughed at me. All stating they've waited 4,5,6,7,8 hours to be seen - for as many years as they'd been patients. Asking staff (and other patients during this time period): staff and other patients verified the wait time, "as normal" for this office.

She's extremely smart, but arrogant. She rarely arrives at her office before 11 AM, and often not until after 12 PM, for the 9 o'clock appointments. She runs an average of 3.5, up to 8 hours behind schedule (has been my experience and that of others I've spoken with at her office.) Yet, she's brilliant!!
