I would like to take this opportunity to share my deep gratitude for the care I have received from Dr. Fakhouri. On Saturday Dec 27th 2014 he saw me in the ER at Christ Hospital and quickly assertained my need for surgery-due to a septic joint. Even though he had vacation plans for the following day he did not hesitate to take on my case. I was in excruciating pain and he listened with such a caring, compassionate heart. Dr. Fakhouri performed surgery that same afternoon and I came out of recovery with that pain completely gone. On my follow-up visit my husband and I found ourselves in the waiting room over 2 hours. But once we met with Dr. Fakhouriwe both said is so woth the wait. We were able to bserve Dr. Fakhouri inter-action with many other patients and one constant was always present-each person got 100% of his attention when he was with them. As we left that appointment, we commented how so many physicians could learn Dr. Fakhouris's bedside manner.

I saw Dr. Fakhouri at his Mokena office. The office is amazing. It looks like a spa. The staff were very helpful and courteous. They made my experience pleasant. What ever anxiety I had prior to my visit was quickly dissipated by the office setting and the friendly staff. Dr Fakhouri was friendly, polite and very knowledgeable. After he explained things to me he showed me a video on my condition and discussed my option in a way that I was able to understand. The treatment was easy: injection and splint. My pain is resolved. Wow! Wonderful Doctor, friendly staff and beautiful office. Amazing experience.
