I have been a patient of Dr. Hatfield for years. Today I was 7 minutes late after a 20 mile drive, stuck behind a school bus for several miles and a mile back up at Rt 28. I was told I needed to reschedule because their policy allows for a 5 minute late period. I explained my situation, was not allowed to talk to anyone else and was told I should have been there15 minutes early. How insulting!
