I am very pleased with the service from Dr. Rubtchinsky. I think she treats patients very well and is genuinely concerned with what you are seeing her for. She is caring and concerned about her patients. However, the PA named Wendy B.I feel is not proficient and without enough knowledge. She trys to force her opinion on the patient and diagnose them. I recently had a problem with her and she was very insistent and acted as if SHE were the doctor. I find this very upsetting. I chose Dr. Rubtchinsky for my primary doctor and not the PA.
