She is pleasant but not warm. She always has her nose in her laptop and rarely makes eye contact. She is always ready to remedy with pen and prescription pad in hand. It always seems as though she is in a hurry to go home and you are holding her up. If you are diagnosed with a potentially life threatening illness don't expect her to care about how you're handling the situation or if you have any needs. She never sent a note or letter or made a phone call for over a year while I was being treated for cancer....a definite faux pas in my estimation....not my idea of a caring, supportive primary care physician. Then when I did follow-up with her, over a year later, she walked in the room and started talking like I had just been there a week ago. Not a good experience. Am currently looking for a new doc.

Dr.Kelly has helped me with all of my problems and showed compassion toward all of my problem even though i have only been going to her for three months. I would highly recommend her to anyone.

Not to sure about this place in general, thought they were alright, but the more problems i have, the less they seem concerned. And with young patients, doctors are always like your young dont worry, or just other things they tell you. Ive come to realize you can only really trust yourself. I know doctors are only human, but come on, they did go to school for how long, when your sick, or unhealthy they should help you, and tell you things you can do.. and so on.. other then that. Dr.Kelly has put me in the right direction for the most part, but still hard to tell, with everything going on.

I feel the same as the others. If I bring up issues I feel should be looked into she seem not to agree, because there is no followup. I have ignored things thinking it is not a big deal because she has ignored my issues, but I should not have. I avoid going to the doctor because of her. I feel if i go to her nothing will be accomplished, I am getting a new doctor today.

I love Dr. Kelly. She's to the point and has always steered me in the right direction. She is pretty much on time and very courteous.

I went to Dr Kelly on 2 occasions concerning issues I felt should have triggered follow up. My previous doctor would immediately re-check bloodwork that was not within normal range and send for x-rays to check for arthritis or bone damage when appropriate. Dr Kelly seems to think that follow up or referals are not necessary where I would prefer to be safe rather than sorry. I feel that some undetected health issues can be detected and be nipped in the bud with a bit of extra testing that Dr Kelly seems hestitant to order. Otherwise she's pleasant but the office staff seems never happy and have poor attitude.

The doctor has a very poor attitude toward elderly patients. The practice seams to be geared more toward quantity than quality. DR.helpfulness and approachability is very poor. Very poor bed-side manner
