Went in with horrible back pain and she did very little to help. At one point even suggested that it was psychological and I wasn't even really injured. Ended up being a very serious injury.

Dr. Eden Wheeler and the staff
I had an appointment with dr. Wheeler, and arrived before the appointment time. Additionally, finished the paperwork before the appointment time. However, while I was waiting in the lobby, in a disrespectful and unprofessional manner, the staff manager cancelled my appointment. Instead of giving me the right reason why my appointment was cancelled, the staff manager kept excusing herself with so many lies. From the outset, the doctor was not ready to see me on that day. Then, it is one thing to inform me that the doctor was not in a mood for work, and it is another thing to cancel my appointment after I arrived at the location. Simply, dr. wheeler and the staff are the worst. I'll never go to this place again.

This woman is pure EVIL! She cares nothing about her patients. Before even evaluating me she walked in and told me that she was not going to continue treatment. During evaluation she made me feel as if I was lying about everything when I know my pain, I know I can’t sleep at night, I can’t bend over nor can I lift objects. I can’t even pick up my 14 lb baby for god sakes. My spouse had the opportunity of joining me in the room as I was being evaluated by Dr. Wheeler. She witnessed how rude Dr. Wheeler was to me, how she basically laughed in my face and turned down everything I said. She cut me off every time I tried to explain to her where my pain was & how it felt. She basically made it seem as if I was lying about my pain. She belittled me the whole time to where I started crying in front of her, my spouse and my worker’s comp case mgr. I was embarrassed, felt less of a person, and instantly got depressed. She didn’t care at all. At the end of my visit she stated that SHE wasn’t going to continue treatment & that we wouldn’t have a good relationship because she ASSUMED I didn’t believe her. Remind you I never said anything of the sort. I was in a lot of pain so as a doctor I expected her to get to the root of why I am in constant pain daily. She is a joke! I wouldn’t recommend my dog to see her. Luckily I had the pleasure of seeing a neurosurgeon before her and he diagnosed me perfectly, was very compassionate & has over 50 years of experience versus Wheelers 25 years. She works for w/c so she will take their side by any means necessary. Wheeler is a witch, a douche and will take you for a joke if you let her. If you have an appointment scheduled with her DONT GO! SHE IS A WASTE OF TIME! Find another doctor that will be worth your while. If not you will leave there feeling lower than ever! She is the biggest joke of a physician I’ve ever met period!

One word sums up the experience > "TERRIBLE" . Office staff is equally as rude as the physician is . Although I'm inclined to think that anyone as in-concerned about their patients and carries a "self-centered" mentality, should not be legally qualified as a physician.

This is the most horrible dr that I have ever encountered. She is very rude she misdiagnosed my hip injury, she refused to order a MRI she said it cost too much. I told her it's not coming out your pocket. I had to go to my primary dr to get to a real dr to find out that I had a hip injury that needed surgical repair. She is a horrible person and she shouldn't be labeled as a dr . She's very disrespectful and I pray that I will never have to go back to her office. She is a devil!

The worst doctor I have ever been to. She yelled the whole appointment, was upset when the appointment went over 10 minutes and didn't read my past records. She doesn't fix any problems she only makes the patient feel incompetent. I would avoid her at all cost. I got a 2nd opinion from another doctor and she said even the medications Dr. Wheeler prescribed were wrong not to mention a million other mistakes she made.

Perhaps this "doctor" should learn how to read a MRI before making a diagnosis. She is by far the most incompetent and useless "doctor" I have ever come in contact with. Very rude and condescending, attempts to manipulate your words, and doesn't have your best interest in mind by any means whatsoever. Thankfully I saw several doctors in addition to her and they were able to work toward what was best for me, my situation, and my family.

During my visits with Dr. Wheeler I felt that she did listen to my problems. She recommended treatments and methods that have since helped. Unfortunately I go through difficult periods depending on my day to day activities where she has been there to offer treatment alternatives. I felt that she was friendly and understanding and encouraged me to take ownership of my condition. I was injured in a rollover (multiple times) wreck. I appreciate that fact that she doesn't sugar coat things and is realistic about outcomes.

This doctor made me feel like I was a burden to be seen in her office. During the few visits I did have with her - she told me, she had other patients to see. She couldn't see me when I had what to me was an emergency because she had a personal party to attend. Also, after an attempt of a few medications - she was "all out of her bag of tricks". I have never been treated so badly by a health care provider. Then wrote in my medical file, basically I was faking my problem. Fortunately I have been seeing another physician who has identified the problem and has been treating me for over a year and I am getting better.

Dr. Wheeler is all about doing anything to please the Insurance Co. After multiple visits and 2 shots, she said "You Might Get Better." I wouldn't suggest her to anyone.
