Misdiagnosed my mother in ER. Stated she was having an anxiety attack which caused her to be short of breath and discharged her. She returned to ER and was diagnosed by a different dr with blood clots in her lungs.

We are in the process of switching to a new PCM. Dr. Mitchell's office is very over booked so the amount of time you wait past your appointment time can be over 1 hour. The office personel are the most unfriendly people I have met. I believe if they would cut down on the amount of appointments they try to bring in everyday they would do themselves and us a big favor. Very unhappy with this clinic. Look for another Doc.

Dr. Mitchell and all of the docs and PA's are great, smart, dedicated, and helpful. Unfortunately, Dr. Mitchell's wife that manages the office is not very nice, in person or on the phone. But it's worth the hassle to see this set of doctors.

The root of this office's problem is the office manager. the front office staff are not permitted to helping patients because the officec manager is completely incompetent.

The office can easily be accessed for same day but the time the doctors spend with you are less than 5 minutes sometimes .I guess they are in a hurry to get to everyone.Would like to spend more time with the doctor.Some of the staff are polite others are rude.
