Terrible doctor. He was rushing and didn't take time to explain what he saw. Not follow up at all. Not recommended.

After multiple minsdiagnosises from other ENT’s, Dr. Djalilian was able to finally find the cause of my hearing loss and stop future loss. I will be forever grateful and still continue to see him for symptom management years later.

Doctor Hamid R.Djalilian is not a good Doctor at all. He wrongfully did a surgery on my mother’s left ear which was not necessary. He doesn’t answer questions properly and doesn’t listen to his patients. I would not recommend any patient to visit him.

Today was my first appointment with Dr. Djalilian. He examined my dizziness and listened to my concerns. I had typed out a Q & A list to walk through with him. He took the list and took time to wrote his response beside each one of my questions. His diagnosis was so accurate to my symptoms. I've met with 2 other ENT doctors and I felt most confident with Dr. Djalilian. The surgery and testings recommended by the other doctors are now on hold. Dr. Djalilian has referred me to a UCI ENT who specializes with my concerns since he specializes in Head and Neck concerns. I am relieved and grateful to have met with Dr. Djalilian.

Dr. Djalilian is a professional, knowledgeable and amazing surgeon. He performed the Mastoidectomy and Tympanoplasty on my 14-year-old son's left ear last November. He did a fantastic job and my son is completely fine now. I can't thank him enough. I highly recommend him!

Saw the doctor for 15 minutes after I told them I can only pay the co-pay fee, if there are any other fees let me know ahead of time or charge the insurance, he send me a bill for $1000 and is not willing to settle after two years! that's a shame! would not recommend him

Several years ago Dr. Djalilian helped me. I am so thankful that I found him when I did, and this rating is long over due. Dr. Djalilian is confident, knowledgeable, and abreast to current research in his field. He is clearly passionate about his work as well. This could be mistaken for arrogance, but I found him to be sincere, no nonsense, and incredibly direct. Upon his initial diagnosis of my condition, I found myself to be skeptical. But, he further explained, and clarified my questions. I followed his treatment and it changed my life. If you are suffering from dizziness, I highly recommend this doctor.

I went to Dr. Djalilian for my cochlear implant. He was recommended by my audiologist as the go-to person for cochlear implant if one wants to preserve the hearing. I was really nervous about the surgery since I was concerned I would lose my hearing from the surgery. He did the cochlear implant surgery for me and came to check on me after surgery in the recovery room. I had the ear dressing on and he put up this tuning fork and amazingly I could hear still even through the ear dressing. I think he is definitely the best cochlear implant surgeon in Southern California. I should mention that his cochlear implant audiologist Dr. Stickney is also amazing. Thanks to the UC Irvine cochlear implant team!
