Friendly helpful staff. Dr. Leonard knowledgable, friendly and easy to talk to. The office has modern computerized office records. My prescription was electronically sent to the drug store without a glitch. Modern, state of the art and very cool. The office and the doctor is the best I have seen.

Dr. Leonard has been my primary doctor for over 11 years. As someone with multiple health problems, I feel that he has always taken the time and effort to make sure I stay healthy. With Dr. L you are not just a patient, you are a person that he truly takes the time to care about. The nurses and front staff are very helpful and jump through hoops to help the patients. Although it takes time to see Dr. Leonard, he and his office are more than worth the wait! In all my years and experiences, he's 100% the best family doctor around!

As a nurse I am critical of health care. This is a most outstanding practice. The staff always accommodate our family, the lab tech is friendly and patient and Dr. Leonard is by far the most knowledgeable physician I have ever met. He takes all the time you need to ask questions and his kindness and compassion are amazing. My entire family sees him and we cannot imagine getting any advice or health care from another physician. He helped me through one of the darkest times in my life. He took the time to speak with me at length as he was getting ready to leave from a very long day of work. His follow up with me was insightful and he gave me suggestions to better my health along with medication. He takes time to teach the "why" of disease states and medication regimen. Dr. Leonard sees the whole person and truly understands the dyanamics of all of his patients. Dr. Leonard is absolutely a gem.

I have been a patient for over 25 years, before Dr. Leonard event was there. I have been very happy with my experiences at their offices up until that last two years. It is almost impossible to get an appointment b/c he is SO busy and the front office staff are morons. The good ones have gone on to other places. I'm sorry to leave because I really like Dr. Leonard but I cant tolerate the "fall back" doctor who seems to be the only one I can get an appointment with on short notice.

They are terrible. I was in severe pain and the dr. gave me a trial medication and i ran out early. His nurse said they would figure something out. After waiting days for the nurse to call, I finally got the call and she told me to JUST GO TO THE ER. The ER contacted a dr. on call who told the ER to write me a script for just one day, as they would see me the next day. Then the next day they told me they could not see me and it was a miscommunication in the office! Mind you, the whole time their was bad communication and the nurse was never timely, and the Dr. never called me once! Then they finally refered me to a pain management clinic the one good thing they did. However, I still had an appointment with them the following week. After I did not show up, bc i thought that I was seeing the pain dr. only from then on, the nurse called me and said, 'well maybe sinc you didnt show up we won't authorize the referall for the pain clinic for your insurance.' This was a threat, and it dealt directly with my health.

Dr. Leonard is personable, knowledgable. He quickly diagnosed my deep venous thrombosis and was able to treat me as an outpatient without me having to go through the trauma of an emergency room visit or hospital stay. His nurses were helpful in that they were able to pull strings to get my radiologic tests done on the same day! I found the front staff to have improved greatly over the past several months.

The front office staff are horrible!!! My family and I have been going to Dr. Leonard's office for over 15 years. Dr. Leonard is a good doctor, however, the disrespectful treatment of his staff has made my family and friends stop going there.

Doctor Leonard is an outstanding diagnostician although his office staff is considerably lacking in numerous ways. Doctor Leonard has consistently provided very polite, intelligent, accurate and rational advice and guidance on the many visits I have had with him. His bedside manner is without peer, he patiently asks intelligent questions and, most importantly- HE LISTENS! There is a reason I have gone to him and pay out of pocket when I could save money and go somewhere else. He is worth every penny and, yes, he is even worth putting up with his front office staff's attitude and general bad service. (His nurses are great too by the way!)
