Dr. MacLeod is one of the most "patient-oriented" doctors I have ever met. His practice is his own and he is not part of any "mega health corp." His basic approach is to detect and prevent problems before they happen (or get worse) whereas many doctors simply treat whatever you came in for. Appointments are prompt. There is almost never a wait. Except in rare circumstances, if my appointment is at 3:00 for example, I will be seen at 3:00. He also takes however much time is needed (I never feel rushed) and obviously listens carefully to what I say. He explains everything clearly and in language that is easy for me to understand. I have known a lot of doctors and Dr. MacLeod is one of the very best I've seen. I highly recommend him. His nurse is a very nice lady, always extremely polite and respectful (and she is good at her job).
