Dr. Gueramy was very straight forward with my ankle injury. He had X-rays and MRI performed before initial contact and correctly diagnosed then repaired my ankle. He had to remove four screws that were already in ankle and put in more screws to repair the damage. I haven’t experience any pain from surgery.

I had a ganglion cyst on top of my foot. He pressured me into having it removed surgically, saying that otherwise the cyst would come back. Well, I went through it, and 3.5 years later, I still can't feel the top of my foot (numb foot, damaged nerve?) and I have a large scar. My foot is about 2 inches wider than my other one. Not recommended at all.

The doctor was very pleasant, he explained everything pre and post surgery. He diagnosed accurately. The staff is wonderful and appointments have been on time (after the initial one where they fit me in after a weekend injury). He kept my wife up dated at the hospital and she felt very comfortable with his professional manners.

Diagnosed a broken foot as tendonitis without a MRI. Went to a different doc, who did MRI and proved foot was broken. Gueramy, however stood by his diagnosis, tendonitis. His words not mine. I think he throws a dart to determine your ailment - 33% broken, 33% tebdons 33% ligaments, 1% he don't know.
