I went to him because my Dr sent me there. He had test ran that my insurance would not cover. I then got a letter from them wanting me to appeal to my insurance I wrote the appeal and of course my insurance did not pay. The guy on the phone said they knew my insurance didn't cover it and if the appeal didn't work they would take the charges off which they didn't. Also he sent me home with a heart monitor when he knew I was off work and would be relaxing all day. The time I had problems was when I was working. I don't feel that he cared.

The doctor was fine, but the staff were not helpful at all, they do not answer the messages I left many times. I would avoid this clinic.

Our family is all transferring their cardiac care to Dr. Michel. He is kind and compassionate and always makes time to answer all your questions. I would highly recommend him to anyone looking for a great cardiologist with a wonderful staff. I am grateful all the time, that we found him!

It isn't easy to find a Competent Caring Compassionate Doctor, but Dr. Michel has all of these qualities. My husband suffered a TBI in 1989, and again in 2001,resulting in a multitude of Medical and Mental issues, including SEVERE PTSD(Ironically triggered by Hospitals/Doctors). It is very difficult to obtain medical attention without him having severe flash backs. In order to facilitate planned procedures, I must make sure those treating him are aware of his disorders, and willing to "work outside the box" when treating him (not easy to do). When told that he needed to see a cardiologist, my first thoughts - No Way it will happen. We met Dr. Michel in his office - and discussed what his needs were (mentally) in order to undergo a necessary procedure. Dr. Michels not only understood - he went beyond what anyone else as done to date. He met us at the hospital - and never left my husbands side until he was released hours later. He responded each time my husband opened his eyes.

This is the best doctor I have ever visited. He is knowledgable, friendly and concerned. His office staff are the best - friendly and very helpful. They make you feel you are family, and, THEY CALL BACK!
