We had seen a Opthamologist from Childrens hospital in Wexford for my daughter. We went to Dr. Hoover 3 weeks later for a recheck . They were shocked the other doctor did not dilate her . They did and found she was cross eyed in one eye . He changed her eyeglass prescription to something so much stronger . She is doing great !! Just because a doctor has the name Childrens Hospital attached does not mean best one out there. Dr. Hoover is great!!
