Scheduled annual eye exam. I have diabetes so that was done also. Dr. Explained all the results for me so helpful and patient with my questions. Staff was so helpful for picking out glasses. Would highly recommend.

Terrible !!!
Dr Wazny left me a voice mail on Saturday which I still have for an 8:30 appointment for my senior citizen mom at 8:30 Tuesday (today). His Admin had eft a voicemail Monday afternoon wanting more info for the appointment. I tried calling her back at 5:30 after I finished work on Monday but I got the answering service.
I arrived today (Tuesday)with my mother for her 8:30 appointment. The Admin and the lady who fits glasses said that my appointment was on Monday. I said that was not true and that I still had the voicemail from Dr Wazny. They smirked and said “no, your appointment was Monday. Sorry - we are all booked today. Plus I didn’t understand what you were wanting to be seen for.”

Can you believe that an Office Admin would lie out loud and then say that she never understood what my mom’s appointment was for anyway!

I’m moving my family of four to another eye doctor office who is has front desk staff that I feel will be more honest and ethical.
