I just can't seem to get my meds refilled. Other patients are right, too many appointments, not enough time to go over refills & get them to the pharmacies. When you have a heart problem, you can't wait. But he thinks you can. I'm very disappointed & am considering a new doctor..

Dr. Mike has always been very helpful, but i think his patient intake is a little bit to much for him to handle. His doctors office is not open that many days anymore and he has a lot of patients which makes actually seeing him a real pain.

TERRIBLE SERVICE. I am 6 months pregnant and I needed to make an emergency visit because I have a terrible chest cold. I work more hours a day than they're open... I have called every day for a week before i go to work. Every time I call and they actually answer I am put on hold until I have to hang up or be late for work. Today I called 16 times before I went to work... They hung up on me 6 times, sent me to voicemail 5 times then turned the answering machine off the last 5 times I called. Finally I called 1 final time with my number restricted and they answered on the first ring. When I am actually able to make an appointment I end up waiting for an hour until I am actually seen. All around TERRIBLE service.

Excellent NP, spends plenty of time discussing your issues. Does not discriminate based on where you live or the insurance you have like other local doctors. He genuinely cares about your well being. Staff is friendly and caring also.
