One of the weirdest medical experiences of my life. If you like your appointments ignored, if you don't like to be called back when you have a question, (See a Health Grades review I saw. Same complaint. ), when you have a staff either terrified of the man or they've been made numb to how a real medical office works, go here. The nurse will not answer any of your questions. It's for the DOCTOR to do! !!!!! That means to even, the simplest thing. The place seemed unsanitary, the billing machine can't print out part of the bill well enough to read - it must be ancient ( but the doctor is not.???) Must have been at an estate sale. . The billing made no sense and the numbers didn't add up - the itemized charges and the billed amount. He charged $25.00 for an albuterol vial. I pay $4.69 for 75 vials. . I mean, incompetence and disrepair was stamped everywhere in the place. And the staff emanated fear and an archaic deference. Maybe it's because the doctor’s a good old boy, cowboy-like. Nothing bad about that except the place - and I’m including care - reeked in all ways like cowsh@t. Yee haw. I left each (few) appointment thinking, this man has no idea how to inform and help a patient with a complicated problem. Maybe I should have asked his horse .
