After waiting 1 1/2 hrs. I would think I would get get a apology. I felt he was arrogant and wanted to rush through my appt. It was hard to understand him at times with his accent.

I was totally inexperienced when it came to healthcare, and thought all doctors were basically the same until our son developed intractable epilepsy 6 years ago, since then we have been to more hospital ER's and seen more neurologists than I can remember. Most of them either didn't seem to care much or were totally incompetent. What a relief to finally find Dr. Locatelli! He is extremely sharp and cutting edge when it comes to new treatments and technology and his staff is very friendly and helpful. He even responds to our occasional panicky calls from the emergency room to guide the ER physicians on how to treat our unique situation. Dr. Locatelli takes his time and listens to everything you have to say and actually has a conversation with you, I just can't say enough good things about this doctor. He originally came from the Cleveland Clinic in Ohio, then to the CC in Weston and now has his own wing at Holy Cross Hospital in Fort Lauderdale.
