Worst doctor ever!! He put a pain pump in my husband and it was a problem from the start. First he had a spinal headache following surgery but Dr. Lingass couldn't be bother by it because it was Christmas and god forbid he might actually do something. My husband suffered with it till the holidays were over. Then he was sick for eight years because of the morphine and it took my suggestion that it might be the morphine before Dr changed med. Then when the catheter plugged and had to be replaced Dr didn't take into consideration that my husband was getting very little medicine and proceeded to overdose my husband. When we got home from the surgery and called the office about how he was feeling they told him to go lay down and he'd be fine. Thank god I'm smarter than that and took him to er where they gave him narcan all night because Dr lingam and Medtronic couldn't be bother to come out till the next morning. I wouldn't recommend this Dr to my worst enemy

I started seeing Dr.Rao (his son also works there) last year after having an awful experience with Dr. Chen in Westerville. What a pleasant change. The office is newer & nice. Dr. Rao prescribed me my needed meds after Dr. Chen stopped all of a sudden. He is a very nice, caring man. I never had any improvement with prior injections but the first series I received from Dr. Lingam reduced my pain so much that some days I had NO pain. All the staff are friendly & knowledgeable from the front desk the Physician Assistants, the procedure staff; everyone. Thank God I found Dr. Lingam. I've also heard other patients say good things about him & the other 2 Dr's who work here.

Initialy this clinic was attentative to my pain issues, had many procedures to my lumbar and cervical areas, some with sucess ,some not, been patient for appx. 4 years, when primary dr. not availible for a scheduled procedure another physician always steped up to perform procedure and issue monthly prescriptions, until the last procedure I had, which did not go so well, Procedure caused me great deal of pain and ongoing problems, for the next 6 months I never seen the Dr. which performed this procedure to check on me during my monthly visit, except in the hallway as he passed to perform procedures on other patients, felt ignored and set aside, during follow up's with the P A's my issues seemed to be of no concern, last visit ended dreadfully, Office manager is very unprofessional and confrontational, In my situation ,patient concerns are negligable and disposable, case managment is poor, wrote this Dr. personaly with explanation and request for a referal to another Clinic with no answer.
